Have you ever lost valuable personal or business items through theft, fire or natural disaster. If you have experienced any of these you will know how important a photographic and related documentary record is to facilitate insurance claims and assisting the law to prosecute and recover stolen items.

Some clients simply wish to create a record of family heirlooms for sentimental or inheritance purposes.

We create a photographic and related Excel documentary record which can be kept in safe storage - quickly available should disaster strike. All the work is completed on site using our portable studio equipment, hence there is never any need to remove valuable items.

Fine art, antiques, jewellery, artifacts, electronic and photographic equipment, sports equipment and medals, firearms, machinery, classic vehicles, boats and valuable livestock are hard to protect absolutely and have substantial monetary value. Loss or destruction happens when least expected - be prepared and take this step now.

We charge $70.00/hour with a maximum shoot charge of $210.00 plus GST. This delivers 20x72dpi, print quality, jpeg format images on archive quality CD. Over 20 images are charged at $0.50 / image. If required, for a small extra charge of $20.00  per assignment we will create an extra file with print quality 300dpi images.

For assignments outside the greater Auckland metro area a cost recovery travel charge may apply.
