When processing real estate images we do not :

► remove power lines, pylons, cell towers, or other permanent visual clutter that may be
    visible from the property.
► top or remove vegetation.
► repair building defects such as paint, rot, cracks, rusted roofs, internal wall damage etc.
    unless we receive an undertaking in writing that such repairs will be actually completed
    prior to sale.
► zoom views or panoramas and if not shot from the subject property, images are
    annotated appropriately.
