To help our clients achieve satisfying results we offer the Images & Words Additional Touch service.

It is all about displaying your home to prospective buyers at it's most appealing and attractive. We will create the natural ambience with fresh flower and fruit bowl displays. Twilight shoots lit with candles look amazing and an average bathroom lifts from the ordinary with a set of beautiful coordinating towels. If you don't have the time, or don't want to worry about attending to these small but important details, we will create the 'picture perfect' look for you.

We have completed well over 2900 property photoshoots and from these experiences are very aware of the essential ingredients of a successful compelling image. Our work is differentiated from others by our careful attention to detail – even more so now with our 'additional touch' to help you

The main points of our 'additional touch' service are –

1. The items we provide are – fresh flowers in season, fresh fruit in season, candles for twilight photography and coordinating towel sets for bathroom settings. Appropriate vases, bowls and candle holders are included.
2. It is necessary to book the 'additional touch' service when booking the photography.
3. We visit your property prior to the day of the shoot to assess quantity, colours and number of settings required.
4. Perishable items (fresh fruit, flowers and candles) are charged at our cost, and are yours to keep after the shoot.
5. Our creative fee per 'additional touch' shoot is $115.00 plus GST which includes the pre-shoot site visit.
