1. To purchase any image or item from our website click the "add to cart " button provided on individual image or item pages. This action adds the image / item to our PAYPAL shopping cart. They can be removed later if necessary. If purchasing an image don't forget to select your required resolution from the "add to cart" drop down menu. You can continue choosing images and adding them to the cart, at any time clicking "view cart" on this page to check your order.
2. When you have finished creating your order please return to this page and click "view cart" to modify, view your order or proceed to checkout. The PAYPAL shopping cart is completely separate from this website and totally secure. When you are satisfied with your order please follow the steps on the PAYPAL shopping cart page to proceed to check where payment can be made in NZ dollars using Visa, Mastercard or Amex. When this process is completed there is an option to return to Images and Words website or simply logout. You will receive an email receipt for the transaction.
3. PAYPAL sends Images and Words an email with your order details including your required delivery address if you have entered this on the PAYPAL checkout page. If you didn't do this please email these details directly to us here adonald@imagesandwords.co.nz
4. Subject to the image resolutions you have ordered images are dispatched worldwide within 24 hours either by email or airmail. Web images (<250kb 72dpi) are emailed, medium (5-10mb 300dpi) and high (20-30mb 300dpi) resolution are airmailed on CD/DVD
5. Image prices are in NZ dollars, include 12.5% GST and delivery. Web = NZ$5.00, Med res = NZ$10.00, High res = NZ$18.00. Prices are for royalty free images – please enquire about image licensing.
